With multiple king suites, abundant outdoor living space, and easy access to 30A’s world-famous beaches, this home delivers everything you need for a comfortable family getaway.
The first floor features an open living area with seating for eight around a 55-inch smart TV with surround sound. A dining table for eight and a kitchen bar for four make gathering effortless. The chef’s kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop, separate ice maker, and a wide selection of cookware. A king suite with a private bath rounds out the main level.
The second floor includes three more king bedrooms—each with its own smart TV. One suite has a private bath, while the other two share a spacious Jack and Jill bathroom. A furnished balcony with seating for six provides a quiet place to relax.
The third floor is the ultimate hangout space, featuring a bunk room that sleeps five, a full bathroom, and a large private balcony with lounge seating for eleven, a dining table, fire pit, outdoor kitchen prep area, mini-fridge, new grill, and a big-screen TV.
Guests enjoy beach essentials, two gas grills, outdoor showers, five bike racks, and multiple porches with fresh furnishings. A free seasonal trolley provides easy access to Seacrest’s private beach, or you can walk or bike to nearby Rosemary Beach, restaurants, and shops.
