Backing up to a protected nature preserve and offering easy access to the community’s private deeded beach and the largest resort-style pool on 30A, this home delivers both relaxation and prime walkability. With two king suites, two living areas, and thoughtful outdoor spaces, it comfortably sleeps 11 and is perfectly placed between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach.
The main level features an open-concept layout with floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the kitchen, dining, and living areas with natural light. The chef’s kitchen offers generous counter space and flows into a dining area with seating for eight. This level also includes a king suite with an ensuite bath and walk-in closet, a half bath, and a full laundry room. Step onto the back porch to access the outdoor dining and grill area nestled beside the nature trail.
Upstairs, a second living area provides extra space to spread out, along with a half bath for convenience. The upper-level sleeping arrangements include a bunk room with trundle, a double-queen guest suite with private bath, and a king primary suite with its own screened balcony overlooking the preserve.
Guests are fully equipped for beach days with 11 chairs, an umbrella, 11 towels, a backpack cooler, and Spikeball. Seasonal beach shuttle access makes getting to the sand even easier.
