We have LOVED our 30A Membership over the last two years and would tell anyone who’s hesitant to do it! FAQs

As a member, you are welcome to use your 14 nights in one trip or divide them into any combination of stays. You will only be required to pay the associated cleaning fee for each stay.

You can book as far ahead as you would like. 

At least one week's notice is preferred and appreciated. 

As a Premium Plus Member, you receive 16 bonfire vouchers per year. Children 12 and under are always welcome and do not require vouchers. You are invited to join us for as many bonfires as you like throughout the year. We kindly request a $25 per person contribution once all complimentary vouchers have been used.

Our partner properties will always exceed the number of members we have, so the homes shown on the website are just a fraction of what’s available. Once you join, you can specify your preferred community or perk based on your membership level. Our concierge team will gather details such as who you’re traveling with, your typical family structure, and travel preferences to help select the perfect home for you. Think of it as a “concierge-style booking” experience!"

As a member, you can gift your weeks to friends or family over the age of 25. To coordinate this, please reach out to your vacation travel planner. Associated charges, such as cleaning fees, can be directed to either you or the recipient, depending on your preference.

As a member, please note that unused weeks do not roll over annually. Your membership year will renew on your original enrollment date

We are always seeking out partnerships to add to our list of Membership homes (and you don’t have to leave your current property manager to participate). Owners and/or property managers receive extra income in the off-season and greater exposure during the “shoulder” season. For more info, contact info@livewell30amembership.com.

As a member, you can start using your benefits immediately! You can make bookings within the defined ‘off-season’ dates based on your membership tier. Additionally, Member-exclusive bonfires and discounts at our retail stores are available year-round!

Please note that if your home is located in Watercolor or Seaside, an amenity fee will apply. This fee is typically charged on a ‘per night’ basis. Some properties in Watersound and Rosemary may also require amenity fees.

At the moment, Members can only use vehicle rental credits or concierge credits on 30A. We hope to have service providers in our most popular locations soon.

When you're ready to book, you can log into your Member portal to submit your travel dates and preferred community (or perk of choice if you are a Premium Plus Member). You will be charged the associated cleaning fee to confirm your travel dates. Live Well’s personal vacation planner will use your travel preferences to provide you with real-time available properties approximately one month before your stay. While your chosen dates will always be confirmed, specific homes are not guaranteed. Final confirmation will be made approximately one week prior to your trip date.

Yes, there is a 3 night minimum. 

If you choose to pay monthly, your Live Well Membership commitment is 12 months.

We have a limited number of pet-friendly homes in our collection. Pet fees will apply.

As a member, you're welcome to bring family and guests. During off-season weeks, we guarantee the following home capacities:

  • Premium Plus Membership: A 4-bedroom home that sleeps up to 8 people

If you need more space or wish to bring additional guests beyond the allotted capacity, an extra fee will apply.

As a member, you are responsible for cleaning fees for each stay. These fees are a flat rate and do not vary with the length of your stay. Housekeeping fees are as follows:

  • 1 Bedroom: $295
  • 2 Bedrooms: $345
  • 3 Bedrooms: $425
  • 4 Bedrooms: $450
  • 5 Bedrooms: $595
  • 6 Bedrooms: $625
  • 7 Bedrooms: $725

That's no problem at all - you would simply be charged the difference, pro-rated. 

You simply pay an additional nightly rate. It's common for this to be $50-$75 per night but can vary based on property.

Each Member receives an annual concierge credit. You can choose to use your concierge credit for a Jeep, Suburban or 4-seater golf cart rental, among other concierge services. Each time you use a vehicle you will be charged $10 per day for fuel. The vehicle will be delivered to your Member home. Alternatively, you can have the vehicle delivered to and picked up from the airport for an additional charge.

It's a year following the day you join.

Yes, it renews on your anniversary date. 

Membership:  If paying monthly, we require a 12 month term.

If paying annually or monthly, please let us know 30 days prior to your yearly enrollment anniversary if you would like to cancel by emailing info@livewell30amembership.com. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Housekeeping only stays: Once you approve a home for a Member housekeeping only stay, the following policies apply: 1) if you cancel more than 30 days from arrival you will receive a full refund, 2) if you cancel inside of 30 days from arrival we reserve the right to charge you for the full cost of the stay, typically $500 per night. It’s not our desire to charge you. In fact, we have never charged a member a cancelation fee. But we reserve the right to do so to deter Members from making reservations they are not sure they can keep.

Member bonfires: If a Member RSVPs that they will attend a bonfire and cancels after 10am on the day of the fire the membership reserves the right to charge a cancelation fee of $200 per group. It’s not our desire to charge you. In fact, we have never charged a member a cancelation fee. But we reserve the right to do so to deter Members from making reservations they are not sure they can keep.
