Seas The Day is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home that comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, located in The Town of Prominence 30A. This home offers proximity to the unique 5000 sq ft resort-style pool, private cabanas, hammocks, outdoor dining pavilion, grills, bathhouses, and a fitness center. There are multiple beach accesses nearby.  Outdoor spaces include a relaxing patio area, and guests can enjoy the convenience of 3 complimentary adult-sized bikes and 1 child-sized bike for exploring the surroundings.

As a newer facet of 30A, Prominence brings a refreshing combination of upscale beach houses and an animated town center, known as The Big Chill (formerly “The Hub”). Whether you’re craving coffee, a cocktail or ice cream, rest assured you can chill, eat, drink and unwind here no matter the time of day!

Adventure seekers can revel in a range of outdoor activities. With pristine beaches at their disposal, residents and visitors can indulge in classic beach days, featuring everything from swimming to sunbathing. Biking trails wind through the natural beauty of the region, providing an excellent opportunity for cyclists to explore scenic routes. Behold the lush, breathtaking sights of Deer Lake State Park, and pack a bag for the stunning beach and lake views. Yoga and fitness enthusiasts can workout at what’s been voted the “best” fitness studio on 30A, Sculpt Studio, located at Big Chill.
