Situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico, Tarpon Beach 302 is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath condominium undergoing a full renovation to offer an updated beachfront retreat once restoration work is complete. The redesigned living area will feature an open layout with comfortable seating, panoramic Gulf views, and a large flatscreen TV. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops will provide everything needed for preparing meals at home.
The planned sleeping arrangements include a Gulf-front primary suite with a king bed, private balcony access, and an en-suite bath. Two additional bedrooms will offer flexible setups with either twin beds or a king bed in each, each with its own bathroom. A private balcony will allow guests to enjoy sunrise views and steady sea breezes just steps above the shoreline.
A private pathway to the beach sits less than 100 feet away, with beach chairs, umbrellas, Wi-Fi, and in-unit laundry included for guest convenience. Community amenities, including the pool, tennis courts, and landscaped grounds, are in the process of being restored following Hurricane Ian and are expected to be completed in stages through 2026.
