South Seas Villa is an updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located within the gated South Seas Island Resort on Captiva Island. This bright, comfortable villa overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and offers a peaceful setting for families or couples. The open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room, all leading out to a private screened lanai with unobstructed Gulf views. The primary bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, and ensuite bath, while the guest bedroom includes two twin beds, a smart TV, and easy access to the second full bath. A sleeper sofa in the living room brings total occupancy to six.
Guests can enjoy the community pool, gas grills, and easy beach access, along with the option to bike around Captiva’s quiet roads and pathways. This privately owned villa does not include full South Seas Resort amenities, but it does offer access to Tween Waters Island Resort and Spa based on availability. South Seas Villa provides a relaxing coastal escape in one of Florida’s most beautiful island destinations.
