Welcome to Ocean 52, a family-friendly 3-bedroom, 3-bath beach cottage in the Camp District of WaterColor. This pet-friendly retreat combines comfort and convenience with access to community pools, tennis courts, scenic bike trails, and the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
Inside, coastal charm meets modern comfort with a bright open floor plan, plank flooring, and beachy décor. The first-floor king suite offers private access to a screened-in porch and features a spacious ensuite bath with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Upstairs, you’ll find another king suite and a custom-built bunk room with two twin-over-full bunks, a twin bed, and private bath. A furnished loft includes a flat-screen TV and sleeper sofa, perfect for movie nights.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island with bar seating. The dining area seats eight comfortably, and the living room provides plenty of space to unwind after a day in the sun. Outside, enjoy an outdoor shower, grill, and access to the Camp WaterColor pool just a short walk away.
With four bikes included, Ocean 52 makes it easy to explore nearby attractions like Cerulean Park, The BoatHouse, and Seaside’s dining and shops—all within a few minutes’ ride.
