30A Seaclusion is an upscale Seagrove Beach retreat built for large groups who want space, luxury, and easy beach access. This expansive property sleeps up to 25 guests and includes a private seasonally heated pool with water features, a fire pit, and a separate guest house with a full kitchen. The main home offers multiple living areas, a chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, elegant dining spaces, and a rooftop deck with panoramic views.
The layout is designed for groups to spread out comfortably. The first floor features an entertainment zone with a wet bar, foosball, and pool access. The second floor includes the main living area, a separate family room, and a professional-grade kitchen. The third floor has guest suites and a kids’ hangout, while the fourth floor includes a primary suite, a Murphy bed, a workout nook, and access to the rooftop deck. The guest house adds privacy with its own kitchen, living room, and sleeping space.
Guests can walk to the beach in five minutes and enjoy included beach service with two chair setups, seven bikes for exploring 30A, and a 6-seater LSV for easy trips to nearby shops and restaurants. 30A Seaclusion brings comfort, style, and convenience together for an unforgettable group getaway.
