THINGS TO SEE + DO IN HAWAII

Na Pali Coast — Kauai

One of the most awe-inspiring stretches of coastline on earth, Kauai’s Na Pali Coast features towering emerald sea cliffs, hidden sea caves, and turquoise waters accessible only by boat, helicopter, or the legendary Kalalau Trail. A helicopter tour offers the most dramatic perspective of this otherworldly landscape — a true once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Waimea Canyon — Kauai

Often called the “Grand Canyon of the Pacific,” Waimea Canyon stretches ten miles long and more than 3,600 feet deep, its walls painted in vivid shades of red, brown, and green. Hiking trails wind through the canyon and the adjacent Kokee State Park, offering unforgettable panoramic views at every turn.

Road To Hana — Maui

The legendary Road to Hana winds along Maui’s northeastern coastline through 64 miles of rainforest, past dozens of waterfalls, black sand beaches, bamboo groves, and dramatic coastal cliffs. It’s less a destination than a journey — widely considered one of the most scenic drives in the entire United States.

Haleakalā National Park — Maui

Rising more than 10,000 feet above sea level, the summit of Haleakalā volcano is one of the most breathtaking places in Hawaii. Visitors make the pre-dawn drive to watch the sunrise above the clouds — an experience described as transcendent. The park also offers surreal volcanic landscapes, rare silversword plants, and exceptional stargazing after dark.

Waikiki Beach & Diamond Head — Oahu

Waikiki is one of the world’s most famous beaches — a golden mile of sand backed by luxury hotels with the iconic Diamond Head crater rising in the background. Beyond the beach, hike the trail to Diamond Head’s summit for sweeping panoramic views of the Honolulu coastline, or explore the vibrant dining and nightlife scene just steps from the shore.

Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park — Big Island

A UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most remarkable places on the planet, Hawai’i Volcanoes National Park allows visitors to witness active volcanism up close. Walk through ancient lava tubes, hike the rim of Kilauea caldera, and — when conditions allow — watch molten lava meet the sea in a display of raw, awe-inspiring geological power.
