- Prominence (Rentals from outside companies are generally not allowed)
- Seaside: Generally banned within the residential HOA (north of 30A). However, street-legal carts can be parked in designated “Town Center” lots or used if staying in specific non-HOA areas.
- WaterColor: Carts are strictly limited. Only one cart per household is allowed, and they must be rented through the community’s exclusive authorized vendor (Electric Cart Company). Outside rentals are not permitted.
- WaterSound: Does not permit outside golf cart rentals; typically restricted to owners or specific internal rules.
