Q: Are there additional fees?
A: A flat cleaning fee applies for each stay. During peak travel times, there may be a small additional nightly fee, and some communities—like WaterColor and Seaside—have optional amenity fees. This helps ensure your stay is comfortable and fully serviced.
Q: How does booking work?
A: Just enter your preferred travel dates and destination in your member portal. Your personal concierge will confirm availability and, about a month before your trip, share a selection of homes that fit your preferences.
Q: How does the Live Well Rewards work?
A: Each membership includes an annual Live Well Rewards (typically $1,000) that you can use to make your trip easier and more enjoyable. When you book a stay on 30A, your Live Well Rewards can apply the credit toward things like airport shuttles, grocery stocking, Jeep or golf cart rentals, beach gear, paddleboards, or baby equipment. You simply tell your concierge what you’d like arranged, and the cost is deducted from your credit until it’s used.

A: From Florida’s 30A to Vail, Colorado, Hilton Head, the Caribbean, and more, including city escapes like Nashville or New York City. Over 40 destinations give your family variety and adventure every year.
Q: What are the homes like?
A: Live Well homes are comfortable, high-quality vacation properties designed for families and groups. They range from 2-bedroom condos to large multi-bedroom houses, often with features like private pools, outdoor spaces, and easy access to the beach or local attractions. Many homes also include helpful amenities like bikes, golf carts, or beach gear to make your stay more enjoyable.
Q: Who can I bring?
A: Family, friends, and pets (in select homes) are welcome. Guests must respect home occupancy limits, and pets under 40 lbs are allowed with an additional fee.
Q: Can I cancel?
A: After your first 12 months, membership auto-renews annually. You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice before renewal. Membership fees are non-refundable.
